The HotElectronDistributionFunction encapsulates the output of the hot
electron distribution function \(f_{\rm hot}\) obtained from DREAM. The
HotElectronDistributionFunction class is derived from the
DistributionFunction class, which is in turn derived from the
KineticQuantity class.
